Born in the heart of the rocky mountains, I’m a 64 year old RN ready to hand up his stethoscope. A quarter of a century in healthcare has blessed my life and given me perspectives about this thing called “being human.” I love to observe and think deeply about things that seem shallow and insignificant on the surface. There’s much depth to be found in small things! I gained a love for writing in nursing school, and I find great fulfillment in recording impressions and insights. Some of my greatest learnings have come from the five most important people in my life, my wife and four adult children.
